hi so the past couple of days ive had a burning sensation while urinating and testicular pain for one day. I've also had groin pain at night for two nights. I havent had unprotected sex for two years and did not notice any symptoms of anything after having it. I noticed these red bumps on my penis , and im not sure what it is. I have a feeling that it has always been there but to be honest i am not sure. they do not hurt or itch at all. It looks like each red "bump" is connected to that vein on my penis, but im not sure

ive continued to have groin pain and now a little bit of just constant stinging at my penis tip. i definetly have never felt this before. i have a phone appointment this week with my health clinic in order to get a std test so im waiting on that.

You have two entirely separate issues going on: you do have warts of some kind, you need to get a medical professional to identify what they are and whether ongoing treatment is required for them.
In terms of the other symptoms, and given your recent sexual history, these sound most like a urinary infection (a UTI) you are likely to need oral medication to treat what you have going on.
Again you need to get this sorted with a medical professional and get the right treatment for it - in the mean time ensure that you drink plenty of water each day and limit your coffee intake
