i noticed this bumps on my penis. sometime the affected area gets very dried and white powder form on my penis.which i can clean. what is this. i don't feel any pain. is this something to worry about.

Hi you should have it checked with your doctor you could have a skin infection or a fungal infection or yeast. So it would need to be treated are you sexually active?
