What’s your opinion, I’m very scared. Pictures!

Lately I’ve been checking down there pretty often- its an obsession of mine and has become so constant that I find something new everyday. Today I noticed a very small soft “bump” down there. I don’t really want to call it a bump because it almost feels like a pimple but no white head? I have no symptoms and I wouldn’t have even noticed it if i haven’t had looked- no itching, burning, tingling, nothing. Its near the opening of the vagina and I would post pictures but the area is very irritated due to me picking at it and I don’t want someone saying something that’s only going to make my anxiety worse. I have an appointment on September 8th and I’m counting down the days because I am terrified and have been really stressed about this topic lately, I got myself so worked up that I’m shaking typing this. EDIT: IVE DECIDED TO POST A PICTURE LIKE I SAID ITS IRRITATED AND RED BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN MESSING AROUND WITH THAT AREA. I DONT HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS. AGAIN, ITS RED AND IRRITATED DUE TO ME MESSING WITH IT.
