Herpes in the throat is extremely rare! They would also resemble sores more and be excruciatingly painful, dont let anyone scare you! This is just how normal throats look - it just looks odd because we dont really look back there too often. Google “cobblestone throat”, this is another option. If youre nervous I would stop at Planned Parenthood and get a throat swab done to be safe, but I think you are fine.
