Hi everyone, just had some weetabix with skimmed milk but don't know if I should be having anything else. If I don't I will be starving before lunch time.
Anyone got any ideas for the three meals?

Hi MelodySnuggler,
What about a piece of fruit with your cereal or save it for mid morning.
I usually have porridge with fruit for breakfast and a banana mid morning.
Then salad and either tuna, chicken, ham or soft cheese, with a jacket potato or wholemeal bap and a low fat yoghurt.
Then for tea I'll have either chicken or fish with either potatoes, rice or pasta
I eat another 2 pieces of fruit a day and have just started a snack bag which I bring to work and keep on my desk - today it's carrots and celery
just breaks up the boredom
I might have a hilights hot choc before bed.
I also drink nothing but water whilst at work - usually about 2 litres a day.
Hope this helps you.
Jane
even though we are sick of saying it breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
So it important that it fills you up, but at the same time you dont want to eat loads!
I can only speak for myself but 2 pieces of toast (little butter) before work and a bannanna\apple around 11 sets me up for a day not wanting any snacks.
Plus i find that since i started the blueys i have more energy because i have lost weight and the food i am eating is better for me - The guys in ju-jitsu have certainly noticed a change.
Thanks for that. Sometimes I have salad & tinned salmon lunchtime but yesterday I only had 2 ryvita's with extra low fat cheese triangle. My boyfriend took me out for a meal in the evening (remembered to take pills with me which was lucky as we had been together since 2.30pm) Blew the whole diet with gammon egg chips etc!
I will try harder today. Just started the day with 2 clementines.
I baked a double batch of little cakes to take over to boyfriends yesterday as he likes cake & so does his son - I was very strong & didn't have one myself!
I know this is no way a substitute for cake and biccies but I've been making sugar free jelly with tinned fruit (in natural juice not syrup). It actually helps if you've need something sweet and feels slightly naughtier than an apple or something. Can even jazz it up with some low fat youghurt.
It's hardly a cream doughnut I know but I'm finding a nice alternative at the moment.

hi queenbee i agree bout the jelly trouble with cakes such as weightwatchers etc is i tend to over indulge in them coz they lowfat but they have lots sugars in them too much sugar dont agree with me on orlistat dunno why but it dont!x
