What type of doctor should I see?

I am 45 years old, Asian male. 5’10” 180 lbs.

I get dizzy when I read or when something’s moving on the screen, like when scrolling. I cant look at the screen when Im watching a movie, I can look for a few seconds, then turn away, my eyes get strained super fast. When I go to sleep. My head has to be in an exact position when I’m sleeping sideways otherwise, I start to get dizzy. At the same time, I started getting panic attacks for the very first time in my life. My eyes will not stop twitching, it gets worse when im tired from looking at the screen. You can’t see it when I look in the mirror but I can feel it. It’s not nystagmus levels of movement, but I can feel it all the time.

I’ve done countless bloodtests. I”ve done vestibular therapy, vision therapy, I”ve seen multiple opthalmologists, neuro opthalmologists. Neurologist, I have done MRIs, CT scans. I am prediabetic. My uric acid is high, Im diagnosed with gout. I have hiatial hernia.

My symptoms were already active before I started taking the medications that im taking now which are:

Pantoprazole 40mg

Allopurinol 200mg

Metroprolol Tartrate 25mg

I’ve tried Sumatriptan, Rizatriptan and Amitriptylene before. Maybe Amitriptylene helped a little bit after taking it for awhile, but the side effect was very annoying so I stopped taking it. The triptans didn’t help.

I have a doctor’s appointment next month and I’ll ask to try out botox. I joined the Vestibular Migraine forum on Reddit and botox ranged from not helping at all, all the way to life changing. I just hope my insurance will play along.

Neurology or it could be your oxygen levels are depleting for some reason in certain positions.
