What type of eye visual problem do I have?

In the day time or with the light, I saw many yellow circles in my vision or sometimes some letter x.
But I also sometimes see static like this:
But in the night time, or when I close my eyes, I see those.
Or when I look at red light or think about red, I see this:

Can you please tell me what is the cause of this and how to treat it.
My other symptoms: Tinnitus

For a start you need to see an optician who can look at your eyes,inside and out, and assess the health of your eyes. If they find nothing wrong then you are probably just getting after images or ocular migraines which are quite normal and benign.
If the optician finds anything wrong they will advise you on what to do next…probably a visit to an ophthalmologist
