its 3:20 am here and i feel such a horrible today don,t know what was that i watch movies and talk to my friends on skype and as well as chat on fb after all of that i i try to sleep and then suddenly small burps will start after 20 mins i feel that my breathe stop and also my heart stop beating....i just jump from my bed and try to take breathe but i can not i start coughing i just read it on internet if u have heart attack just take long breathe and cough long story short i feel such a horrible i still burps and feel heavy on my left side chest and still sweating---i am 30 year male and i over weight done almost 10 ecgs + echo 2 years ago + endoscopy+colonscopy as my stomach upset have done cbc test ultra sounds stool test lfts hepatites tests all of that are normal=====still now i am sweating and cold foots and still thinking im out of breathe any time-------my father has a heart problem i am scared is it related to heart or bcoz gerd or ibs is any one feel like that----i just short of breathe i jump from my bed thinking that i have heart attack so worried
Go straight to hospitsl. Any thing with chest pain, don't play around with it.
Lass dich unbedingt untersuchen, niemand kann aus der Ferne erkennen, was los ist, und selbst Ärzte müssen dich an ein EKG anschließen, um die Ursachen der Symptome zu unterscheiden,
aber sei dir auch bewusst, dass Sodbrennen wie ein Herzinfarkt sein kann.
Wenn dein Schmerz sich ausbreitet (zum Arm, Kiefer, Schultern; nicht in den Hals/Mund mit Säure),
wenn ein tiefer Atemzug, Husten oder Bücken nicht mehr Schmerzen verursacht,
wenn du schwitzt, schwindelig bist,
ruf sofort den Notruf an!
Thanks for the reply i am suffering that kind of problems from last 4 years before i feel like my heart escape beat and now i burp alot and also heavy in my chest as i mention before that i have done 10+ ecgs and echo which will be completely normal---yesterday i go for outing with my friends at lunch i eat a lot of spicy food when i come home i feel dizzy but didnot think to much i watch movies and chat with friends when i m on the way to sleep i have lot of gas and also burps i feel like my heart stop beating i jump from my bed and i as i read before that if you have heart attack just cough that heart supply blood to the body-------i do so and after one hour or 1 and half hour facing that problem i sleep i awake in morning with terrible gas-----i have no gall bladder bcoz of that i have acid problem i have done lot of tests and endoscopy colonscopy no thing shows any problem now i am thinking i should go to the doctor and request for echo of my heart again bcoz i wanna make it clear again if no problem i will continue my acid reflux treatment

PS: Ich habe gehört, dass scharfes (und fettiges) Essen nichts für Menschen ohne Gallenblase ist? Man kann es natürlich versuchen.
yup sanaya i will do it here in last 2 months i have done 2 heart ecgs which is completely normal one before endoscopy and one before colonscopy in japan------before in my country Pak i have done echo and 8 ecgs while in ecg i feel like my heart escape beat but result of my ecgs was normal well here i have a doc and has a small clinic near to my home he has done for ecg i don,t think so he hs echo machine for that i need to go to big hospital but my previous doc mention me reflux problem bcoz i burp alot and yesterday night to i burp alot--------i have also indigestion problem thats why i have done colonscopy one month ago was clear-------the doc list of me is to long visited almost physcian,cardiologist,medical specialist and 4 gastro specialist all of them mention ibs + acid reflux to me and as well as they think i am damn psycho i become almost to much mad on the docs comments they wanna put me on antidepressant high dose------------i am not pshyco they didnot get me i am facing a problem but they always laugh at me not only the doc my family members think to the same that its in my mind-----today i discuss with my agent to which i work bcoz i cann ot speak japanese he also ssay me go to psychologist bcoz problem is in ur mind but i try to explain in my broken japanese to him that i wanna do check up for my heart if its clear i will continue my treatment for acid reflux then----------he will take an appointment for me on next friday bcoz i don,t wanna do ecg again i wanna do echo my agent will discuss with cardiologist here in japan so that i can go on friday and do the echo well lets hope every thing is fine ---indigestion and burps ere killing me if my heart echo is clear then i will go for fundoplication sugery for stupid gerd it Runnined my life in the age of 30s i feel like an old man lot of medicine which didnot work for me
