Hi, does anyone know what these white patches are? I was thinking it was dry skin or Lichen Sclerosus (It’s got worse over the last 12 months).

It could just be skin pigmentation. Your skin looks quite dark so it could be just patches forming as you get older. Hopefully nothing to worry about

I hope so.
I’m going to start using coconut oil daily as it might be fungal or dry skin.

i would get it looked at by a doctor to be on the safe side as theres a few things that can look like that !

I have LS and I don’t think this is what you have: do the white patches sit on top of the normal level of skin, or are the light patches within the skin itself? With LS a number of things would irritate the skin and it would react badly - so things like skin cream or baby oil would cause an adverse reaction.
More likely it will be something like Vitiligo - but as suggested by Kim, best get a Doctor or Dermatologist to check this for you …

Update:
Sexual health worker said it’s a skin condition that may need dermatology and told me to see my GP.
My GP said they’re Fordyce Spots so I never got a referred to a dermatologist (may get a third opinion).

they dont look like typical fordyce

I’m not sure what they are, but since using Cetraben cream as a daily moisturizer they’ve improved.

Heyy has it improved? I’m having similar problems. I think. it’s like those lighter skin spots are dry skin. I’m scared
