Hello, It's been a while since i had some of those white marks on my penis, I thought it's no big deal until I remarked that it is spreading and getting bigger, I may be because of my bad hygiene, do you have any idea of what it can be please I'm so insecure about it and is there any cream or treatment that can make disappear theses marks and thank you !
Hi have you seen your doctor about this if not you should. It could vitiligo but you need to have it diagnosed.

Hi not sure about the red spots could be just some irritation. The white areas are more like a skin condition how long have you had it? I think you are circumcised so hygiene shouldn't be a major problem. I'd like to have it checked and diagnosed you may need to see a dermatologist.

Well it could possibly be a yeast infection is it itchy? but really you should have it checked with your doctor they can give you advice on proper treatment if it is. Do you have it anywhere else on your body? I still think it's a skin possible vitiligo?
