ive had this spot on my penis head for approx 5 months now, there are a few similar ones around my foreskin but this is the biggest, i had unprotected sex a couple of weeks before i noticed it and it 100% was not there before
i also had what looks like two groups of around fordyce spots appear on my penis shaft around about the same time so im pretty sure something is wrong however had herpes and standard tests and all came back negative
any help would be really appreciated as im starting to panic now thanks
The two pictures of the penile shaft show prominent sebaceous (oil) glands, which would fit with the recent appearance of Fordyce spots. The white spot on the glans is probably a small sebaceous cyst.
Nothing serious with any of these conditions.
