Unfortunately, what they look like are things that are naturally present on the penis - there are different glands and things like Fordyce Spots they could potentially be. However, what they most look like are Pearly penile Papules (PPP) - but these are actually in the wrong place. PPP only normally appear on the rim / corona of the head of the penis.
