I am a male in my early twenties.
As you can see from the picture i have these spots on my Penis. I have had them for 2 years, i think.. not sure. I didn't really pay attention at first but i think they have grown in numbers. The bigger white bubbly ones right under penis head, on upper shaft, appeared recently, at first there was only one. I have never had unprotected intercourse.
Penis appears to be irritated. The head and foreskin (like from inside) are sensitive to touch and painful when there is a friction. Also there is bad odour coming from it even though i keep myself clean.
I am bit spooked and baffled as to what it is. It has affected my daily life and sexual drive.
I consulted dermatologist, he told me nothing was wrong...
Hi Saba. the ones around the glans are pearly penile papules and you have some Tyson spots just at your frenulum. The ones further down on your foreskin are fordyce spots or ectopic sebaceous glands the fordyce ones might reduce as you get older. You could try another demonstration for there opinion you could have something going on which is making it irritated.
Thank you for the reply. It seems like my dermatologist was right and these conditions aren’t something one normally treats.
It is just that my Penis somehow doesn’t seem to be in order outwardly and I can’t imagine women performing oral on it especially considering this weird odour which I believe shouldn’t be present.
I will take your advice into account and address a more experienced doctor just to eradicate my anxiousness and to see if there is some underlying problem.
It does look a little irritated so there could be a underlying problem with bacteria which would cause an odour. sometimes it can be down to certain shower gels which caused the irritation as well and cause an imbalance to the Natural flora of the skin. You do have quite a few sebaceous glands which would produce oils and smegma you would need some shower gels to remove this but make sure to rinse completely with just water. I think most guys that have foreskin would have a certain amount of odour I certainly did before my circ. But I would definitely get a second opinion.
