Hi, for about 5-6 months now ive noticed my tongue becoming very white and lots of white gunk buildup on it. I brush my teeth 3-4 times a day and my tongue after every meal so i wouldnt say hygiene is the issue. I also get lots of tiny mouth sores mainly on the inside of my lip. Now in the past 8-10 months ive experienced a lot of new health issues. The main one was last summer i had a bleeding ulcer in my GI tract, not long after another ulcer along with Gastritis. I have been put through a small course of Budesonide (steroid). Also i have been put through multiple courses of Amoxicillin because i have been in and out of dentists trying to get a few bad cavities that i had fixed. Could these medications be the reasoning for my mouth issues. Please any opinions would help as im just trying to figure the cause. Ive had a doctor tell me it looked like Thrush but my primary care doctor told me it looks normal. I am only 21 years old.
