Why do I get red sand paper like rashes on my hands and around my lips?

When ever I go out in the sun and return home, I get red rashes on my hands and around my lips and it itches a lot. Why is dat so? And it take atleast 1 week to go.

It sounds like an allergy to something...could be the skin of mangoes causing it?

or an infection...perhaps a visit to the doctors is needed for a professional opinion;

I consulted a doctor it's was an allergy, so he priscribed me some medication.

Now I am doing good.
