First of all, I think I do have phimosis. I couldn't pull back my foreskin. But now, after a lot of tries, I can pull back my foreskin, but only when my penis is flaccid, not when it is erect, that too not very smoothly, slowly slowly.
After pulling back my foreskin, till right beneath the corona, I am seeing that this part which I have highlighted in red, is almost absolutely white. I think, this part is quite thick also. This pic is not very clear, but it is so.

Please tell me is it normal, or there is some problem. If so, then how to cure it? [I don't want to visit any doctor]
