Curious to hear what wierd optical phenomen,auras,etc people experiance. The eye can do some strange things vision wise. Lids open or shut. Cant remember the name but some people even see shapes,grid patterns etc on wakeing etc. Also,their heart beat can be seen in their eyes,etc. Please post. I get some stange stuff at times. Can be unnerveing.

Algunas personas dicen que los ejercicios para los ojos son buenos: mirar a la izquierda, derecha, arriba, abajo, (sin mover la cabeza) tan lejos como puedas. Fortalece los músculos de los ojos.
Years ago, I was at the tiller of a sail boat race for over 6 hours in high winds. When I was relieved, I was exausted and went below to sleep when I noticed in front of my vision was circle which looked like looking into the top of a paint can with brightly colored paint stiring but never mixing. It was in both eyes and was so sharp and clear that I could watch the artafect in great detail. I fell asleep and when I woke, my vision was back to normal. It was a weird experience and concluded it was caused by the stress of being on the tiller so long.
I do believe stress and lack of sleep can caus some strange visuals.
