Segunda-feira foi o início do meu primeiro surto de herpes. Testei positivo em um exame de laboratório na quinta-feira e comecei a medicação na sexta-feira. Um problema que estou tendo é que não tenho feito evacuação desde segunda-feira, acho que foi isso, honestamente não me lembro, mas sei que é por causa do herpes. Mal consigo soltar gases. Ou mesmo urinar, diminui para duas vezes por dia agora e cada vez tem sido uma dor 10 na escala de dor. Tudo está simplesmente fechado nessa área. Mas só queria ter certeza de que voltarei a evacuar e urinar normalmente quando os sintomas tiverem desaparecido. Já pesquisei algumas vezes e ninguém fala nada sobre isso. Além disso, estou tomando aciclovir três vezes ao dia por dez dias. Quanto tempo leva para esse medicamento fazer efeito e para o meu surto desaparecer?
The first few days is honestly the worst experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Im on my 5th day of the first GH outbreak and they say that your first is always the worst. This might last a few days, but good that you're taking the anti-viral meds, it usually kicks in on the 4th day where urinating will start to feel less painful than it is now. What really helped me, is drinking TONS of water, becuase being scared to go to the bathroom and not drinking water will make your urine more acidic and therefore more painful. I've realized that leaning back on the toilet seat and lifting my legs up straight and peeing slowly really helps with the pain. Did your doctor give you lidocain jelly? It's a numbing gel which helps quite a bit.
As for pooping! You have to wait till you REALLY have to go and it shouldn't be a problem. I hope I helped!

The first time I drank the lemon balm it forced me to go. I had no choice it just came right out. It hurt for about 5 seconds at first but then it was easy.
Try using a squirt bottle with Epsom salt and water in that area to smooth the pain.
hey! so i just got my first outbreak about 2 weeks ago they thought it was a skin rash at first i did test positive about a week ago i was having the same issues after 3/4 days of taking the meds i felt better mine are teice a day for ten days
Hoping to help someone in the future with this answer, I got diagnosed with herpes for the first time a couple of days ago and it has completely knocked me out.
I was so scared to poop for the past two days because of how painful peeing is, and I can’t poop without peeing. Eventually, to relieve the pain, I stood on the toilet seat and squatted (which is meant to be the best way to go), holding on to the wall for support. Pain was minimal compared to when I tried to go like normal.
