My doctor won't updose my ,7.5mg of escitalopram, this is week 4, I have got to stay on that dose for 4 more weeks , has anyone else done this, thanks with success, setill have anxiety all the time,

Yes I have lots of anxiety have for years, but 10 weeks ago, had a massive panic attack, have been put on the above but lost my appertight on them can't eat till 6pm at night, feel jumpy all day, been doctors today, going to carry on them, but get up with shock feelings, and sweating, can only feel at ease watching cartoons in the day, have curtains shut most of the day, will watch normal TV about 9 at night, why can't you get to doctors ,
You poor soul, i totally feel for you. Ive always suffered with anxiety but.have somehow seemed to manage it.better.in.the past. I have.tried tablets but not this time around
Ive had a massive change in my circumstances at home and this is affecting me and making me anxious. Home feels safe at the mo but the big bad world still makes me anxious. I dont go anywhere and if I do its with someone else as i dont feel safe on my own☹
