Doesnt look like a threadworm to me and Ive seen plenty. When they appear on toilet roll they are very bright and less than 1 cm. They also tend to wriggle like crazy so you can spot them immediately. You may still have worms all the same. The tell tale signs are itching in you back passage and the feeling that something is wriggling around. They are very uncomfortable, and the itching is normally worse in the evenings.
