Worried on head jury/pain

Hi,

I was hit by a barricade few months back but i had injury only on my lips. It was swollen for cpl of days. Recently I keep getting headache and kind of pain in my head and I am worried is it because of this hit. But during the time of the incident, I had no head injury. Or should i check my eye power?
