Worried

I've had heavy periods and anaemia for long time and had a hystercopy and removal of fibroids and polyps 3 yrs ago. 2 years ago I had a thermal ablation and 85% of uterus lining was  burnt away. Since the op I experienced the worst cramps I had ever had cyclically, but no bleeding. Around 8 months ago I started spotting at the same time and ibs triggered and the pressure and cramps and need to wee takes over for 2 days. Been to see 2 different gynae one said hysterectomy and one said that fibroid that I have in lining of uterus wouldn't cause this and must be something else and put me on pill for 3 months back to back. During these times my gp did ca125 levels which was slightly elevated at 41 then rechecked at 37. Had it re checked and now 125. I'm now on 2 week rule even though I already am under gynae . I had tvs in April that showed no abnormalities apart from a vascular chunky anterior fibroid that was 4 cm's. Whilst gp said they are not overly concerned and believe it could all be connected. I stupidly googled it and of course these symptoms also come up with other reasons and am now dead and buried!! So I guess what I'm asking is has anyone had 4/5 cm fibroids that have caused symptoms like mine?  Very worried now 😥

Fibroids can cause more cramping and even bleeding. Before you proceed with a hysterectomy, you can get a second op to see if the tumor can be removed without taking out the whole uterus. Are you having the cramping while on the pill?

The fibroid is in the lining not the uterus.

I have just started the pill too. I just wanted to know if anyone has had same experience with symptoms etc with a 4/5cm fibroid as with ca125 levels and dr saying fibroid is too small to cause the symptoms.
