About 3 months ago my testicles as well as my foreskin became itchy. i went to a dermatologist that prescribed steroid ointment and told to use zeasorb af thinking that it was a fungal infection. the issue still persisted. I returned and this time had to see another dermatologist which prescribed a different steriod ointment and more zeasorb. So at this point two months of constant steroid ointment and zeasord made my skin in the area thin and very wrinkled. I took my issue to yet another dermatitis that told me to stop the steroids immediately and called it comtact dermatitis and prescribed Tacrolimus which helped stop the itching I was experiencing. My current issue is the wrinkles are still there as well as skin discoloration on top and discomfort on the underside of my foreskin. I feel discomfort where the wrinkles are as well as see veins under the foreskin. My thinking is that the Zeasorb and steroids cause more issues with dryness and thinning or the skin. I started applying a moisturizer to the foreskin as well as Aquaphor to retain the moisture. Also when I wake up in the morning the wrinkled section feels very dry with the irritation and discomfort in the area. I sleep naked not sure if that matters with it feeling dry in the morning. Has anyone been through anything similar or have any suggestions?
Steroid ointment and applied correctly should not cause a problem.
Sleeping naked should also not be an issue.
If you have been directed to use an application such as the Tacrolimus fore a set or given period of time then use it as you have been directed, first.
Lots of men gain a great deal of benefit from using Liquid Coconut Oil (skin versions, not hair) - all you need is a very light coating, it is best applied after you take a shower and you have dried yourself.
It can be used as a Lube for masturbation or sex - again all you need is a light coating.
Do NOT use with condoms
