![image]my penis started to look different the past 6-12 months. there is now a noticable lump on the tip of my penis when my penis has an erection. you can see its noticeable on the picture. im 21 years old and i am sexually active but never had unprotected sex. I have severe anxiety because of this. also i have tested negative for HIV gonorrea and syphillis, not sure if this herpes or hpv.
as far as pain it does not hurt what so ever i dont feel anything but sometimes i do feel a sharp stinging pain once an a while but that might be my anxiety and once i think of something else the pain is gone. help
I think if you went to most Family Doctors / GP’s they would simply say there was ‘nothing to worry about’ - yes what you see in terms of the skin quality on the head of your penis is not perfect, but the vast majority are not anyway.
You may notice a bump that may not have been there, or was simply not noticeable before, but again, this is not unusual.
Do you get the stinging pain immediately after ejaculation … ?
no stinging pain immediately after ejaculation but sometimes i feel a slight pressure on the right tip of the penis when my penis is hard. But don’t know if thats just my anxiety.
The only specialist that can out your pain issue is a Urologist as well as the lump.
If you have never had unprotected sex but you have had STD checks I think you need to investigate the severe anxiety issues you have.
You need to see your GP / Family / Regular Doctor about these issues
