The milky white discharge is normal , however it could be a yeast infection if down there is itching or can be bacterial vaginosis if there is a smell with the discharge. Both are not std nor an sti , it happens when your Ph is off, almost every woman has experience this, So if you're experiencing itchiness or a foul or fishy smell inform your mother so she can get you the proper meds for it.

Hi! All you need to do is tell your mum that you think you have thrush and would like to get some treatment. Thrush is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about, your mum is most likely to have had it once or even multiple times in her life, as most women will have a bout of it. It's easily treated! If you are experiencing itching, swelling of your vulva or pain when urinating these are also key symptoms of thrush! If you are not a virgin and see any kind of bumps/sores then that is a different story. Please don't be embarrassed!
