I an on 30mg and doing much better. 40mg is the normal dose.

I did have to have something to help with some increased anxiety. It has been three months and am doing,great

I have been on 40 mg for 6 weeks now...

I started the 20mg after 5 weeks on 10mg which I hear is a bit long. Twould weeks later up to 30mg

I've been on 20mg for 5 weeks and just increased to 30 and feel like I've gone back to square1. I know you get side effects when increase but how long will they last?

I was on 20mg for a year then increase to 40mg 5 weeks ago. The side effects are worse the second time around. Not feeling better yet, but not feeling worse either. Only the side effects kicking my ass

When did you start to feel better ? Did it take the whole 3 months and did it come in waves ?

The first two weeks on 40mg was very VERY tough.  Around week three i started to feel better and could sense my panic decreasing.  At week 6 i still continue to progress but it comes in waves.  I'll have a couple bad days or serious panic attacks before getting myself back together and feeling "normal" again.

Why did you go to 40mg ? Was is not working at the lower dose?
