Some schools have free counseling. Check that out.
If you don't relax your mind, the symptoms will continue or worsen.
If you have no resources for help, you need to do things on your own to relax like meditations on you tube for anxiety.
Listen to Mindfulness breathing Guided meditation 10 minutes. This is important because it gives you more control over your anxiety when you do it often.
These meditations will relax your mind and body and symptoms.
You have to be determined to take control!
Ive had every one of your symptoms and remember, they feel awful but are harmless.
