These past few days I’ve been feeling air hungry but mostly since yesterday . Parts of my body twitch sometimes . I am on my period which makes symptoms worse but I feel tense , my jaw everything . I’ve been feeling short of breath and it makes my head hurt on the side and back . Anyone else ?!?! I’m 20 and I’ve had anxiety for years now and it’s always physical . I can’t sleep

These are typical anxiety symptoms. When I had air hunger it was because I was making myself more aware of it, paying too much attention to it , which in effect causes more anxiety and more air hunger. Try putting your hand on your stomach ,take a slow deep breath in through your nose and feel your stomach rise, let the air out slowly through pursed lips. Do this a few times to get oxygen levels back to normal.
