A few weeks ago I was in the e.r and they told me I have gastroenteritis. Since then I've been having severe panic attacks my left arm feels numb, my face will feel numb. I haven't felt like I am myself in awhile and have a crazy headache. My stomach is not doing any better I'm going to get a cat scan tomorrow. I just want to know if anyone else ever feels numbness in weird areas, and kinda like an outer body experience I feel like I'm dying and I have non stop nausea. And for some reason even if I drink a ton of water I still feel dehydrated, my veins are also small.
I totally understand your numbness.. my whole body is numb and it hasn't stopped in days 
Its anxiety and those symptom do line up with panic attacks .. but you have another issue going on with your stomach and dehydration can cause major issues as well.the ct scan might be a good idea here.

Its quite a scary feeling and it sucks trying to convince myself this is just aniexty. I can't imagine my whole body , my left arm is constantly numb though. I hope you find relief <3
I'm hoping they can find something out so they can make my stomach feel better, once that is cured I feel like all my anxiety will die down to its normal range. Thank you <3
