anxious or something serious?

Basically, I had a panic attack around 830 pm, and it is now 6am...

My anxiety has gotten bad. Everything feels numb.  I'm super shaky. Jumping to the conclusion where I feel like I'm dying. Feel like I can't breathe. Body is cold and hot. Feeling super tense. Eqbtunh things to get better...

Also, I can't and won't leave my house. It's that bad. I just need reassurance that this is our my anxiety and nothing else

Calm down first, from my experience , what you had experience is a panic attack. You had sensations such as chest pain, trouble breathing , shaking, cold and hot flashes, dizziness and even more. It will pass. Have you had this before ? And while you said you won’t leave your house, are you suffering from agarophobia as well ? Hope you feel better. Try to o some deep breathing and don’t over think . You may PM me if you want to chat .

I too have had an attack but an anxiety one more so for the same amount of time. Started last night around 7pm then got worse this morning at 8am. Mine is fuelled by me worrying about decisions I have to make and it is really making me ill. Physically ill also which is I feel due to my anxiety - going to the toilet loads, no appetite, stomach cramps, shaking, sore back, tired and very scared. 

By the sounds of things it seems like it is anxiety and panic attacks. At the moment I am probably not the best to say what to do as i need advice but usually i am told to do some mindfulness and relaxation (you will find loads on you tube). It depends what your trigger was/is?

The numbness is still here, I can feel things kind of but not all the way of that makes sense? I don't understand why it's this way..
