been out with my daughter today walking iv not had much sleep and the palpitations are driving me mad any advice
Im so sorry jo , if you can , try to get your mind off of the palpitations , thats the best way to slow them down or stop them , its easier said than done , but please try . Do something , like rearranging a couple of drawers , work a puzzle , write down how you want to feel in the new year etc . Im praying for you now

i think that either...
magnesium supplement for two weeks has reduced/fixed my palpitations
or
weight gain of 7kg, after i had lost 10kg quite quickly, may mean i dont feel them as much/any more
i may have been salt and sugar deprived from trying to be good, which may have brought them on.
not sure... but beginning to think that these have helped me
