Hi my name is autumn , I'm 36, and I'm just curious if anyone else suffers from severe anxiety before there period comes, I'm 12 days before I start and omg it's horrible, I notice as I age it's getting worse......
Yes and yes! And now that I'm 44 my period is every 26 days, and also it got so much worse when I turned 40
Kg00 thank God I'm not alone, it gets bad where it stops me in my tracks or interfere with everyday life during this time......
OMG, I'll be 43 in July and I can always tell when my period is getting near by how bad I feel and how much more intense my symptoms are getting. I used to think it was just a crazy coincidence, now I think not. I think it is all tied together with our hormones. And yes it has gotten so much worse the older I've gotten. I am praying that menopause flips the off switch to the anxiety as well as the periods LOL not gonna hold my breath though.
I hope the same thing I say I'm the only one who can't wait for menopause
Yes this can be a normal problem some women can suffer from.
If you feel the need is great talk to your GP, the Surgery may be able to assist getting through this difficult time.
Possibly the Pill may help?
