Yesterday while I thought I might have to go to the ER for the way I was easily panicking, I ate some soft beef tacos with cheese that was burnt when cooked, I took as bite of my food and I'm pretty sure I did chew it properly before swallowing, but I quickly noticed after I did, I felt a huge piece food that felt like the burnt cheese food hit my throat very uncomfortably as I quickly started panicking as I instantly thought my life is about to be in danger now. I can feel it stuck in my windpipe, even though I can drink and swallow. I remember this same situation when I ate other solid foods where I thought it was stuck in my throat, but I never choked on my food and I can normally swallow liquids and other foods down. I went to see an ER whenever I felt like something was there and they checked and never found no sign of food there. They told me that I keep overthinking things easily and it's mostly anxiety causing that feeling. I really don't know what to do to convince myself that it's 100% anxiety tricking me, without assuming quickly that I might end up dying with food stuck inside my throat, even though I can talk, eat and drink just fine.
