Anxiety question

I take buspar for my anxiety and it has been helping with heart palpitations and anxiety attacks but I still feel the anxiety creeping like I want to get an anxiety attack but nothing ever happens and it's terrible. I been having bad headaches and my chest has been feeling uncomfortable like heavy or something. anybody ever feel this. also my whole body feels weird like my circulation is bad.

Yeah i get this regularly. Usually for me it feels like a knot or a weight has been placed on my chest and i also get this knotted tension inbetween my shoulder blade (feels a bit like heartburn) and it just stays there irrespective of me doing breathing techniques or other tools. I had it about 3 weeks back and the feeling disappeared for last week. But it tends to come/go in chunks so i may get it full on for a couple of weeks, then i won't get it for a while, then boom. Back for no reason. I also get adrenaline feeling in my arms/legs, sometimes pins/needles which spread to one side of my face.

I've been dealing w anxiety almost 10 years and I've had so many different physical symptoms over the years! I did have the chest pressure at one point, I also remember having chest pains that it would hurt to even laugh. It lasted a few months, when I finally went to the Dr and had an EKG done, they told me I was totally fine and it was stress. I swear the next day my chest tightness/pain was gone haha. This article below has a reallllly good exercise for breathing to get rid of chest tightness, it works so well and fast!

I appreciate your feedback. yeah I get that adrenaline feeling in my body it's weird.

I used buspirone for a month and it didn't do anything for my anxiety in fact I felt it kind of made it worse a little bit, and I used to get those scary brain zaps, and it decreased my libido. I'm taking Amitriptyline 10 mg and it's working good for my anxiety
