Hi, I have sjögrens syndrome and have massive problems with my dry eyes. However have never tried Autologous serum eye drops (the ones made out of your own blood). They are super expensive to make in the UK.. Would this treatment work for me? I've also thought about ikerviss. But at this point I just want whatever will work. I also hate that I cannot cry. But with these medications, (if they help me), I would be able to right? Does anyone have experiences with this? Thanks, Isabelle
