I can't seem to stop myself. I am 35 and started at 19 st 6 - first weigh in a week later 9st 2 and just weighed today - 2 weeks later and 18st11. I am really pleased with weight lost but as soon as i get out the doctors i go mad and have things like chinese and chocolate that night. Am i the only one who does that - what do other people do? How can i stop? :oops:

well done on the weight loss babs500!!! it sounds to me like ur rewarding urself for loosing weight, nothin wrong with that, uve done well. only prob is, ur doin it with the wrong thing. im not the best person to give advice on what not to eat cos ive only been on orlistat a week so il leave that to the pros! if i loose weight after a month im gonna treat myself to some new clothes. try rewarding urself in different ways and u might get there quicker! good luck!!! :P

I'm not bad after a weigh day but the weekends seem to be my weak spot at the moment, as we tend to socialise or like this weekend we had a wedding its so difficult to eat ok. i ended up going off my tablets so i could just enjoy myself but that led to a bad weekend of junk food!
i think you just need to try and limit the treats as much as possible and continue on the tablets, i also try extra hard in the week with my exercise as penance!
