About 3 weeks ago, i started noticing big blobs of what looked to be white mucus floating in toilet above my stool.
Since the it is now blood in the stool with this white substance on/ around the stool
my stomach seems to get really upset in the evenings / gassy.
have tried altering my diet by taking out dairy, wheat, some fruits but it’s remained the same.
have tried reading online but not really found anything that matches, i have attached a picture
any help would be appreciated

It could be Crohns disease.
However any blood in the stool needs to be investigated especially when mucus is present and your bowel is gassy. Do go see your doctor.
Candida or parasites. Needs to be treated before symptoms will go away. It feeds on sugar and much more.

i took a sample of my stool to my dr this morning & they said they would test it for bacteria? does that mean they would find parasites or cándida / crohns?
it’s getting me down because i don’t feel normal anymore
Well done for taking a positive step and going to your doctor. Hopefully they will test for several possibilities,then you will get some good advice and medication. Let us know what happens.
