Hello-I am dealing with 30+days of reactivated ebv. Its so debilitating. Its taking so much from me. Have you improving from your ebv?

i had a white tongue fir about 2 years ive recently changed my diet to raw vegan and its gone. i feel alot cleaner. Symptom wise im still suffering but every week i see little improvements. My right eye is completely blurry and hasnt shown signs of improvement yet
thank you for your encouragement may i ask if you expereince itchy especailly upper torso due to ebv? no matter what i do it dont help,, no rash
Hello All, I was diagnosed with mono at the beginning of this year and stumbled upon this thread which has already helped me tremendously. I am having some symptoms that are causing me great health anxiety but it seems like most are normal. I cant seem to sleep I feel like im in between sleep and awake.i also dont dont seem to have my balance I feel like theres pressure in my eyes and my eyes feel like theyre moving slow. when i close my eyey i see floaters when trying to sleep. It is hard to read and watch my phone/TV because of it. I also have derealization very bad and am very emotional ive been so worried about dying. My mouth has been extremely sensitive to burns and acidic things since i got it not sure if all these are associated with mono but just looking for some reassurance. Thanks
