I recently saw these bumps on my glans.
They are not hurting/itching and I never had any sexual contact.
Are these normal or is it bad?
I have them too for a long time but they are normal they are Fordyce spots they are hard under the skin with little hair coming g out of them
So the excellent issue is you have not been sexually active - what this always means that it is extremely unlikely that you have any problem issues.
ALL the photos show what has developed naturally on your penis - some men get these and they are barely visible and some such men do not even notice that they are there. What you have are varying towards the other extreme, certainly in terms of what is on your foreskin, while the ones on the head of your penis are noticeable but not extremely so, so a bit of both going on.
ALL what develops naturally on the penis can develop up until the age of 25 to 26 YOA or so, usually a penis of a male of 26 YOA is how the penis will look for the remainder of their life - occasionally some spots, glands and suchlike can appear as late as 36 to 38 YOA, but this is less usual
