Hi you do have quite a few ppp around the glans and it is close to the frenulum so could be Tyson glands also. It does look inflamed and there seems to be a cluster of them if it doesn’t clean up in a few days I’d have it checked especially if you are sexually active.
I went in 3 times 2 doctors said it was inflamed glans 3rd doctor took a swab too be safe I have been sexually active and a condom broke about 16 days ago I have went for all the test and am waiting but it just seems too be getting worse but I was picking at it I suffer from really bad ocd and have not been able too focus on anything else
I’d leave it alone and try not to worry about it. it doesn’t look too bad if it doesn’t improve in a few weeks then go back to your doctor it’s probably just a sebaceous glands that has some infection keeping your glans clean will help with some salted water.
