It may be your Achilles tendon. Enthesitis at the Achilles heel could be an issue. I have a useless Achilles tendon and back leg muscles due to enthesitis.
i am interested too i have started to get major cramping in my calf muscles. zero pain in Achilles tendon foot is pain free and flexible but my calfs just ache with muscle tension. i was thinking maybe enthesitis in the sacral/SI area causing shortning of hamstrings just a domino effect
