as a newbie given NO information by the GP, i was wondering if anyone could help.
I get the 25-30g of fat per day. What i dont understand is how many calories we should be aiming for.
as i said in a previous post, i am tracking my meals on food focus, which is a massive hep, and today with my 3 meals i have had 1434 calories and 19g of fat
am i on the right track?????
everyone is different but for a non-dieting female they say 2000 daily and 2500 daily for men
so bearing this in mind reducing the calories even by a few hundred helps, i know some people on here have recommended about 1200-1400.
You certainly are on the right track...now you can have a few nuts or a little treat to make that 19grams up to at least 25....between 25 - 30 seems to be the norm although don't forget we are all different and you will get to know what's right for you. Onward and downward.
