Month 2 no weight loss first month but 2 inch lost I am 13st 7 lb and calorie limit of 1200 but my doctor said I shud use 1500 any idea y shud I not b try in to use less 2 notes a week I do 4 milk walk n burn 385 calories and a 100 odd everyday goin t school so totally dinna understand the calor carry on as I log everythin in my fitness pal so every time I burn calories it adds them onto my calories left I wudn use about 400 after my exercises is that ok
Hi Suzanne, I think the answer is yes. But its a bit difficult to read with no punctuation lol! If you are doing lots of exercise then perhaps a 1500 would be better of your body, giving you a sustainable weight loss.

Say I used 1300 a day n burnt say 500 which left me 700. Do I then use that 700 again or not.I don't understand the calory non sense
