Could be, but I can also see a hair in most of them. Did you have sex or receive oral sex within the last week? Best thing is to get them swabbed for herpes asap while they are still open.

Good evening. It looks like u have ingrow hair. Well herpes doesn't have puss. It's more like clustered blisters. But u should still go get checked

Don't think they're ingrown hairs, as you don't usually get a whole bunch at the same time. Either a bad case of foliculitis, staph or possibly herpes, I would say.

Sorry to hear that. The presence of hairs gave other possibilities, but alas. 
Was it confirmed by swab? Which type?
