I’ve always gotten these random and painful sores/bumps on my vagina lips they’d go away in a few days. It usually would happen after shaving but I’ve never been tested for herpes so I don’t know. And I’ve had unprotected sex a few times in my life with trusted partners and have been tested for other STDs/STIs but again never herpes.
I just had sex last week, unprotected with someone I’m dating.
I just wanna know if this is herpes or an ingrown hair?
to me it lookes like inflamed follicules , so nothing to worry about in my opinion. but , since you had unprotected sex multiple times i suggest you got get those bumps swabbed and get a blood test , testing for reassurance never hurts. even if you've been with trusted partners , they could've had herpes and never knew , so this herpes thing is honestly no one's fault. i uses to think that herpes is a bit thing but actually it is nothing dangerous.
it doesnt look like a "typical" outbreak. are you using the same razor? while the sore is present i would get a culture swab done as its the most accurate way to test for hsv2

I tend to get these things alot whenever I shave and they disappear within a week of using a hot compress, tea tree oil and neosporin.
Imms still get a blood test done just to be safe :)

an outbreak can be triggered by shaving and the fact that you said they last about a week and go away honestly does sound like herpes to me. this picture does look like an outbreak to me since it is in a cluster folliculitus doesnt usually appear that way but if your razor is old or dull it is possible
