I have read soooooo many blogs and there are so many different things that work for different people, but i can't afford to try all of those things. The interesting thing is that I have been using the Boric Acid capsules and they work as long as I use one every day. Once I stop using it, the next day it comes back. Is there REALLY any cure????? Help!!!

Well others who post on this site say there is a cure, I thought there was one for me as well. But as soon as I quit taking vitamins, using this concoction or that, etc, etc, it returns. In my case the many things I have tried only seem to help keep the smell and discharge to a minimum. I have had for over six years. I am exhausted because of always having an infection. I am also exhausted by the futile attempts at conquering BV. I hope you have more luck than I.
I've seen some women on here state that metronidazole didn't work for them well I completed my five day prescription a week ago and it's amazing no smell no discharge !! It worked for me, I know you said you cant afford many things but if you keep buying all these natural remedies you will probably spend around what the metro will cost. Also idk where you live but some pharmacies take discount cards and or have them stored to help people who can't afford their meds. I'm so glad I did the metro I forgot what it was like to live with a normal vagina I got so used to living with BV... Hope you find something soon I feel for you
It comes right back. That RX is fine for a few days but if that worked I would not have tried all the other remedies that other women post on here. Glad you are doing well!

I have had it since i was 5years old and now after taking it i am bv free. no more can they smell me questions and i enjoy oral intamcy and sorry for being blunt.. you need to ask for this medication. get your partner treated no matter what they say!!!!!! take him with youand get treated or tell him that he needs to go and demand it he might be able to be treated with metronidazole
It worked for me too, and im like 3 months down the line had se and periods and like above I love my drag normal smell, what I was thinking tho maybe we had trich and the people it's worked on his because it's goten rid of the parasite I never ever got the chance of a swab just medicated , but then on the other hand if it was trich surely soons I slept with my fella again Id get it back cod he never got merronidazole when I did just a strange one isn't it xx
Yes if you had trichomoniasis as soon as you slept with him you would have it back ... And the antibiotics are different for BV then they are for trich so chances are yea you had BV
