Celexa 40mg Havent been able to ejaculate since dose increase from 20-40mg, after 10yr have managed to wean off over 6wk period, now 2wks with zero intake. Has anyone any idea will my ejaculation abilty return? I know they use citalopram here in uk for premature ejaculation, but the higher dose caused exact opposite, as never had any issues prior to this medication! Thanks
