i have had like a bolt of pain like a shock it gone before I even know it what is this has anyone else ever had this to happen it happens just when ever if i am laying down or one time even when I dosed off to sleep it is very scary it just like a electric shock I have went a few months ago to the er they did a ekg and it was normal but I hadn’t went this time anyone have this or know what it could be
