Confusion of the heart

hi hi all I am super confused and hope somebody has some advice or knowledge of this. I was diagnosed a year ago with afib and have had probably 30 EKGs and a couple of holter. my cardiologist said that I'm perfectly fine and yes I have some heart palpitations and pacu some PVCs but nothing serious but I just went through all of my EKGs and some of them say, normal sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia and also a few of them have said sinus bradycardia!! but then some EKGs will be perfectly normal. so I guess my question is does everybody's heart change from time to time and is that normal? I feel like the cardiologist could be overlooking it just because I'm younger than most people with heart problems. I just assumed that if you're going to have a heart problem then you would always have problems not go in and out. I'm sure probably stress adds to my irregular heart but the test results doesn't help LOL

Hi love. I have anrvt tachycardia. Which is fairly common from what my cardiologist gas said. I get an echo once a year. In your case with the afid have you considered taking a beta blocker to help with the pvc and irregularities? Also you may be a candidate for an Ablation. I would talk to your doctor. And yes i do think its some what common for slight changes depending on stress anxiety blood pressure if you smoke or drink and what your diet is like. I am friends with a women in her early 60s who has afib she goes to the gym does zomba walks and is good. Good luck and try to keep the anxiety down. xoxo
