I just want input on whether this looks like anal hsv or a hemorrhoid or fissure?
I’ve been bleeding every time I use the bathroom, and it stings/itches. But doesn’t hurt all of the time.

You saw both pics? The second one was more questionable to me, but I feel a little better hearing that. It'll probably be healed by the time I get in for the swab I have scheduled.

it definitely looks like a fissure to me! no other symptoms besides just that one?

Not anally. That's the only open sore/cut. Otherwise I've been having skin pain in my groin, and testicle and pelvic aches, and a bit of a rash that the DR said looked like folliculitis, but not to worry about it. My neck feels a little swollen, too. So far none of the doctors I've seen seem to think it's hsv, but the appearance of the fissure during all these other symptoms got me concerned. Otherwise I might've brushed it off as nothing serious.
